PLASKETT RELEASES STATEMENT FOLLOWING THE VIOLENT ASSAULT OF PAUL PELOSI

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Plaskett a Member of the House Ways and Means, Budget and Agriculture Committees released this statement following Paul Pelosi’s successful surgery after the violent assault.

“At this time, I would like to send my love and support to Paul Pelosi and his family, especially his wife Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Speaker Pelosi is a lifelong public servant. She and her family should not be threatened by individuals merely because they do not agree with her politics. We are praying that this scourge of hate and violence will come under control in our country.”
