Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Plaskett released the following statement:

“I am pleased to welcome President Biden and his lovely wife, Dr. Jill Biden to once again spend the remainder of the holiday season and the new year with us on St. Croix. It is my hope that the President and Dr. Biden will enjoy this much needed respite. The Spirit of St. Croix exemplifies the best of America - a place steeped in rich history of multiple cultures come together; a people continually striving for liberty and equality; and an island which reveres its past, embraces community, and looks for prosperity for its children.
